| Alkyd Resin: | You'll never paint again. The resin bonds the material to the substrate for a minimum of 15 years. In other words - it will never come off. |
| Plasticiser: | It will not crack or get dirty. It remains semi-dry and flexible and is dirt repelling and a wash protecting ingredient. |
| Fillers: | There will be no ugly blemishes. It fills cracks and scars. |
| Biocide: | No Algae or other growths. The chemical will kill all growths and protect the property, particularly on the 'dark side' and around gutters. |
| Aggregate: | Your home is insulated from weather and water corrosion. The aggregate of Perlite gives a textured finish and acts as an insulating barrier against the elements. |
| Chem 3: | A higher proportion of coating stays on the wall protecting your home. Chem 3 allows for a high solid content and low solvent content meaning that only a small proportion of the coating evaporates as solvent. This makes Eurocote excellent value for money in terms of product on the wall. |
| Pigment: | The colour will stay fast and will not fade. The pigments of Titanium Oxide, Mica and Zink Oxide give long-lasting colour stability and inhibit cracking. |
